# Inside Phillip Jeffries Walls: 250 Rooms, Infinite Inspiration
*From coastal retreats to modern masterpieces, our debut book showcases the transformative power of wallcovering through extraordinary interiors.*
Inside the pages of *Phillip Jeffries Walls*, readers will discover a wide range of interiors, each with its own distinct point of view.
[](https://landing.phillipjeffries.com/50th-anniversary-book?hs_preview=QHofJAWD-211264121007)Coastal spaces embrace natural textures, soft palettes, and a relaxed sense of sophistication. Traditional interiors celebrate timeless details and enduring elegance. Transitional rooms balance classic and contemporary influences, while modern spaces explore clean lines, bold statements, and unexpected moments of artistry. This September, we're proud to share Phillip Jeffries Walls, our debut book that explores these design styles.
**Transitional Rooms That Inspire**
The [subtle ombré on the walls](https://www.phillipjeffries.com/shop/wallcoverings?pj_grid%5BrefinementList%5D%5Bitmclss%5D%5B0%5D=DI1000200) of the bedroom shown here from *Million Dollar Listing* star Fredrik Eklund and husband Derek Kaplan's Beverly Hills home is meant to evoke a tranquil sunset. After years of living in a modern New York City penthouse full of whites and grays, they were looking for warmer tones. Designer Paris Forino renovated their Beverly Hills home (during the pandemic, no less!) and relied on warm, rosy shades of pink for its posh, calming vibe. This soft blush starts in the entryway and living room and extends through the primary bedroom. A Journey Through Coastal Style
Great design isn't defined by a trend or aesthetic. It is defined by thoughtful choices that create spaces people want to live in and return to. This beach-inspired bedroom, by designer Corey Damen Jenkins, features palm motifs and natural textures inspired by its location in the Hamptons. Corey wrapped the room in The Grove, a luxurious artisan wood veneer wallcovering. Cream and caramel tones harmonize with the gold that shows through the laser-cut wood. Beyond a project's location, Corey gathers inspiration from the fashion world. "I look at the fashion runway, couture fashion, The MET Gala," he said. "I follow Jean Paul Gaultier, Balmain, Elie Saab, and Valentino. Obviously, he’s a huge influence on my work." [Learn more](https://blog.phillipjeffries.com/pj-sits-down-with-corey-damen-jenkins)

### The Power of a Well-Dressed Traditional Room Throughout our debut book, wallcovering serves as more than a backdrop. It becomes a focal point, a source of texture, and often the element that brings an entire room together. Readers will find woven grasscloths that add warmth and depth, handcrafted textures that create dimension, and statement designs that transform walls into works of art. Some selections make an immediate impression. Others reveal their beauty more quietly through subtle layers and intricate craftsmanship. Together, they showcase the remarkable versatility of wallcovering and its ability to elevate every design style. In designer Sean Symington’s Victorian home in Bath, England, [teal-colored Juicy Jute](https://www.phillipjeffries.com/shop/CARD-NAT-JAZZYJUICY/4819) is paired with touches of pink in the living room. "I would define my decor style as classic with a fresh whimsy," said Sean. Modern Design Inspiration on Every Page
Whether you're designing a seaside retreat, a sophisticated city apartment, a family home, or a modern sanctuary, Phillip Jeffries Walls is meant to inspire. Some readers may be drawn to a bold entryway like the one below design by Beth Keim of Lucy and Company. Others may discover a new way to layer texture in a bedroom or create drama in a dining room. The beauty of the collection lies in its variety. Every page offers something new to explore, making it a resource that can be revisited again and again. “I use wallpaper on every single project," said Beth. "Phillip Jeffries does texture so well and that is what is appealing. I love it when it has so much texture." [See more of Beth's work](https://blog.phillipjeffries.com/how-to-use-bold-wallcovering)
