This modern treehouse showhouse was brought to life by House Beautiful.
Welcome to the 2025 Whole Home Showhouse by House Beautiful—a sanctuary of sophistication nestled in Austin’s Deep Eddy enclave.
This 3,800-square-foot residence reimagines upscale living with a sense of ease and elegance. Four serene bedrooms, two expansive decks, and a steam room designed for post-soirée rejuvenation set the tone for refined comfort. It’s a place where evenings begin with laughter and linger into moonlit musings. Three visionary designers brought their distinct perspectives to life using luxurious wallcoverings from Phillip Jeffries, crafting spaces that are as tactile as they are timeless. The TreeTop Social Club is more than a home—it’s an invitation to experience the art of living beautifully.
Let’s step inside and explore how each designer used texture, pattern, and storytelling to transform their rooms.
Shop The Primary Bedroom: Vista

See the vintage chalk drawing that inspired this collection.
Designed By Kathy Kuo Home
Award-winning designer and entrepreneur Kathy Kuo is known for her ability to blend global influences with timeless elegance. As the founder of Kathy Kuo Home, sher work often reflects a deep appreciation for storytelling, craftsmanship, and layered beauty. Shop the entire room here.
In the Primary Bedroom, Kuo imagined a fictional character—Rupert Pen Halligan, a 19th-century flâneur—as the muse. This whimsical narrative guided the design, resulting in a space that feels like a life fully lived. At the heart of the room is Phillip Jeffries Vista, a mural wallcovering inspired by an 18th-century Parisian drawing.
The calm, pastoral landscape wraps the walls in soft, muted tones, depicting trees, rivers, and distant hills. Kuo created a custom scale of the pattern with our program, Pure Imagination, to climb the vaulted 17-foot ceiling, enveloping the room in a dreamlike canopy. The result is immersive and serene—a countryside escape wrapped in moody greens and blues. Paired with vintage furnishings, Liberty of London textiles, and tactile rugs, the suite becomes a quiet retreat where every detail whispers of wanderlust and refinement.
Shop The Loft: Juicy Jute
Designed By Amber Interior Design
California-based designer Amber Lewis, founder of Amber Interior Design, is celebrated for her eclectic, heritage-inspired aesthetic. Her work blends vintage finds, natural textures, and layered neutrals to create spaces that are both aspirational and approachable. With a portfolio spanning coast to coast, Lewis has become a tastemaker in modern American design.
For the Loft, tucked away on the top floor of the showhouse, Lewis chose Juicy Jute a Phillip Jeffries handcrafted grasscloth wallcovering made from the finest natural jute. Juicy Jute adds subtle texture and warmth to the space. Its organic weave and soft finish create a cocoon-like atmosphere perfect for quiet reflection or creative inspiration.
Lewis’s design approach here is understated yet impactful. By wrapping the walls in Juicy Jute, she enhances the architectural intimacy of the Loft while maintaining a sense of airiness. The result is a serene hideaway that feels grounded, tactile, and effortlessly chic.
Shop The Pause Parlor: Mirage and Villa Vibes

Designed By Blessed Little Bungalow
Founded by designer and content creator Amber Guyton, Blessed Little Bungalow is a joyful celebration of soulful maximalism. Guyton’s work is rooted in color, culture, and character, with a mission to make beautiful design accessible to all. Her spaces are vibrant, emotionally resonant, and deeply personal.
In the Pause Parlor, Guyton created an oasis of whimsy and inspiration. The walls are wrapped in Villa Vibes, a geometric print wallcovering inspired by modern art, offering architectural flair and painterly charm. On the ceiling, she used Mirage, a soft ombré wallcovering that adds a dreamy gradient effect overhead. Together, the two collections create a layered, immersive experience that invites guests to pause, reflect, and recharge.
Guyton’s design is a masterclass in bold expression. By combining abstract patterns with playful color and thoughtful styling, she transforms the room into a vibrant retreat that feels both curated and spontaneous. It’s a space that celebrates individuality and the joy of living out loud.
