Phillip Jeffries recently hosted VIP guests at our annual "Take Your Kids To Work Day."
One of the highlights of each year is when we open our offices and welcome our employee families to join us at Phillip Jeffries HQ. This next generation, aptly called "PJr's," was invited to join us for a day of fun and inspiration in New Jersey. The children saw everything from the expansive warehouse and showroom spaces to the Marketing and Design Departments. The offices were buzzing with excitement as they played a "Searching For Office Gnomes" game and learned a little about the history of our company. This day was more about playing hard than working hard!

Creating a successful "Take Your Kids To work Day" is much more than just showcasing our workplace. For Phillip Jeffries, it's about inspiring and empowering the leaders of tomorrow. We hope to empower this next generation to dream big, explore different career paths, and chart their own successes.
The kids brought their energy and excitement. Their creativity, questions, and insights reminded us of the importance of fostering curiosity at every age.
