# PJ Was Awarded "Best Places To Work"
*Thank you to all our employees who make PJ great.*
Phillip Jeffries is honored to announce that we have been named one of the top workplaces in New Jersey by NJBiz.
This recognition as "[New Jersey's Best Places To Work, 20](https://njbiz.com/njbiz-unveils-njs-best-places-to-work-2025-ranked/)[25](https://njbiz.com/njbiz-unveils-njs-best-places-to-work-2025-ranked/)" holds significance for us as a family-owned company that has been serving our clients for almost 50 years.
We extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to all of our exceptional employees and clients who have played an integral role in making Phillip Jeffries the incredible workplace it is today. Without your dedication, commitment, and unwavering support, this achievement would not have been possible. NJBIZ revealed the No. 1 employer in the state as well as the complete 2025 rankings on September 25th during the Best Places to Work awards ceremony. Nearly 140 companies were recognized this year! The wait is over: Phillip Jeffries is number 18!
Thank you to NJBIZ, New Jersey’s leading business journal, who honors top business professionals.

This remarkable recognition is based on the results of a comprehensive survey conducted by BridgeTower Media’s Best Companies Group. The survey was designed to gather valuable insights directly from our own employees, ensuring an authentic and unbiased evaluation of our workplace environment. We are immensely proud that our employees have rated us so highly, as their opinions and experiences are the true testament to the quality of our workplace.
The program's confidential data collection process allowed our employees to provide valuable feedback about their experience working at Phillip Jeffries. This feedback serves as a powerful tool for us to continuously improve and refine our practices, ensuring that we create an environment that fosters growth, satisfaction, and success for everyone in our team.
At Phillip Jeffries, we firmly believe that a positive and supportive work environment is the foundation for achieving excellence. We are deeply committed to providing our employees with opportunities for professional development, work-life balance, and a vibrant corporate culture that encourages collaboration and innovation. This recognition as one of the best places to work in New Jersey is a testament to our ongoing efforts to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of our team members.
Once again, we extend our sincerest gratitude to our incredible employees and clients who have contributed to this remarkable achievement. Together, we will continue to strive for excellence and create an even more fulfilling and rewarding workplace at Phillip Jeffries.
