# Phillip Jeffries' Annual Spirit Week
*At PJ, people matter.*
Phillip Jeffries' team-building day was possible thanks to our fantastic employees and the support of our customers and partners!
**We're Better Together**
At PJ, people matter. Phillip Jeffries recently celebrated our Annual Spirit Week which included fun, games, and of course fierce competition! Our amazing PJ peeps gave it their all and made it a day to remember. Here’s to the camaraderie, the fun, and the fantastic memories we’ve created together.

**Employee Appreciation**
Phillip Jeffries' Annual Spirit Week is a fun-filled week where we focus on our vision and values as a company. At headquarters, employees enjoyed carnival themed-games, presentations, treats, and plenty of fun. Then, we took to the field for an afternoon enjoying the sunshine and some friendly competition in what culminated as an epic PJ Spirit Day! From fierce team spirit to unforgettable plays, our amazing teams gave it their all and made it a day to remember.
Local employees got in on the action by forming teams and competing, while our remote stars enjoyed their own dynamic team-building day. It was all about coming together, having a blast, and celebrating in our shared achievements.
"Spirit Week is one of my favorite weeks here at Phillip Jeffries," said Philip Bershad, President of Phillip Jeffries. "This is our week where we bring the entire team together and talk about what is important to us."
The PJ Chain: PJ Employees Are Awesome Teammates
The most important thing at PJ is the PJ Chain. We now have more than 300 employees! We value the synergy that results from teamwork and truly believe that we achieve more through teamwork than any one employee can do on their own. And to demonstrate this, we pass a stuffed fish around the entire company (the fish is symbolic, but this is a story for another day). This starts with Philip and Jeffrey, then the Executive Team and includes passing around through every department from Design to Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Experience and every employee along the way who has a part in our company's success. When doing this in person, we all can see how each teammate is just as important as the next. Our circle has grown quite a bit in the last few years!
This year, PJ Spirit Week was all about embracing team spirit! It's a great way to strengthen our team’s bond, improve workplace dynamics, and create a more cohesive and motivated staff. We appreciated everyone's patience and support as we created space for our employees to gather, have fun, and come back to work ready to best serve our clients. [Want to join our team?
