As the Phillip Jeffries Walls book tour continued across the country, the next stop brought us to one of design's most influential gatherings: Design Chicago at theMART.
A city known for its rich architectural heritage and thriving design community, Chicago provided the perfect setting to celebrate the release of Phillip Jeffries Walls while connecting with the designers, editors, and industry leaders who continue to shape the future of our profession.
Jeffrey Bershad took the stage alongside an accomplished group of design leaders for a conversation moderated by Jill Cohen, Editor-in-Chief of Luxe Interiors + Design. Joining Jeffrey were designers Joan Craig and Tom Riker. Throughout the discussion, panelists reflected on the decisions, challenges, and opportunities that shape a growing business. From expanding a design practice to developing new products, the conversation explored how successful companies balance creativity with evolution. For Jeffrey Bershad, innovation has always been most successful when it builds upon the artistry and materiality that define great design.
Following the panel, guests made their way to the Phillip Jeffries Chicago showroom for a reception and book signing celebrating Phillip Jeffries Walls. Alongside inspiring interiors, our book explores the people, materials, innovations, and moments that helped define us for five decades. Throughout the signing, Jeffrey spent time meeting designers, discussing projects, and signing copies of the book for members of the Chicago design community.

Design Chicago marked another chapter in our 50th anniversary celebration. As Phillip Jeffries Walls continues its tour, we look forward to meeting more members of the design community, celebrating inspiring work, and sharing the stories that make our industry so remarkable.
