At Phillip Jeffries, our walls may inspire beautiful spaces, but it's our people who bring our culture to life. That's what Spirit Week is all about.
This year's celebration took us back to the 1970s as employees embraced a week of bell bottoms, disco vibes, colorful costumes, and plenty of retro fun. Spirit Week is an annual tradition that recognizes the incredible contributions of our team members while celebrating the collaboration, creativity, and sense of community that continue to move us forward.
Throughout the week, PJ teams came together for themed activities, friendly competition, and moments that reminded us why our culture remains one of our greatest strengths. From headquarters to remote and regional teams, employees showed up with enthusiasm, bringing peace, love, and plenty of PJ spirit to every day of the celebration.
As shared in this year's Spirit Week video, the week was "a celebration of the people, values and community that make PJ special" and was "full of connection, appreciation and plenty of PJ spirit."
The festivities culminated in a company cookout, where employees gathered to relax, connect, and enjoy time together outside the office. It was a chance to celebrate not only our accomplishments, but also the relationships that make PJ such a special place to work.
As Phillip Jeffries steps into its 50th anniversary year, Spirit Week served as a reminder of the foundation that has shaped our company from the beginning: great people working together toward a shared purpose. The week also offered an opportunity to reflect on the legacy built by founders Eric and Sue Bershad and the continued leadership of Co-CEOs Philip and Jeffrey Bershad.
We are grateful to everyone who helped make Spirit Week 2026 unforgettable. Thank you to our incredible team for bringing your energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to everything you do. Here's to another year of making the world more beautiful, one wall, one client, and one team at a time.
It's always a great day at Phillip Jeffries.
