The Bagatti Valsecchi Museum
We are honored to be participating in Fuorisalone this year in this beautiful venue, The Bagatti Valsecchi Museum. Once owned by two brothers at the end of the 19th century, Barons Fausto and Giuseppe Bagatti Valsecchi, this museum is one of Europe’s best preserved historic house museums and one of the first grand expressions of Milanese design. Once inside, you'll find Phillip Jeffries in the mansion's dining room, where tapestries depicting the life of the Persian king, Cyrus, hang on the walls, a marble checkerboard mosaic lines the floor, and display cabinets house Renaissance glass and majolica pieces.
