# Wrap the Walls: Plaid Wallcovering
*How to style Phillip Jeffries plaids for a warm and inviting holiday vibe.*
These four Phillip Jeffries plaid patterns are the perfect mix of festive charm and refined style.
Phillip Jeffries plaid wallcovering redefines classic design with a bold, contemporary edge. Perfect for spaces that crave warmth and sophistication, its rich pattern brings a sense of heritage to modern settings while remaining effortlessly chic.
Carlos Rodriguez, the founder of the design firm Escala Forma (and a self-described maximalist designer), decorated a Coral Gables residence with fun patterns, bold colors, and luxurious textures. But, when he was designing the den above, he chose a classic color palette in rich textures like wood, velvet, and leather. The walls are wrapped in [Savile Suiting Plaid](https://www.phillipjeffries.com/shop/CARD-TW-SAVILE/4474) to seamlessly blend the old and the new. The red velvet couch really pops in this space. Preppy Plaids in Ruby Reds
What could be more festive than a red plaid? Layering colorful fabrics and collected heirlooms. W Design Interiors created this guest suite in a client's new addition. Used throughout the space, [Phillip Jeffries Paxton Plaid in Camel with Red](https://www.phillipjeffries.com/shop/CARD-P-GRIDPLAID/9129) is a large-scale pattern with a fresh look. The dimensional wallcovering adds color and texture to the walls, and when paired with brass light fixtures and timeless wood furniture, the look is polished-yet-cozy. (Photos by Tricia Shay)
An Artisanal Metallic Plaid
This award-winning collection is one of the most coveted wallcoverings by interior designers and their clients. When a designer chooses a wallcovering for their own home, you know it's a good one. Below, interior designer Tiffany Woodson wraps the walls in her Dallas dining room with [Rivets® in Copper](https://www.phillipjeffries.com/shop/CARD-AG-RIVET2/5709). Her holiday decor was inspired by her Italian heritage and Californian childhood. (Photos by Elizabeth Lavin)
Timeless Tartans
Whether for the holiday season or year-round elegance, plaid wallcovering brings a timeless touch that never goes out of style. Our classic plaid textile wallcovering, [Prairie Plaid](https://www.phillipjeffries.com/shop/CARD-P-PRAIRIEPLST/10728) is inspired by a tailored tattersall. This multi-tonal dimensional plaid and stripe design offers chic, pastoral charm.
The beauty of plaid is not just for the holidays. This classic pattern transition seamlessly from winter wonderland to spring refresh, providing a year-round style that adapts to every season. Plaid is the perfect blend of tradition and modernity, making it a versatile choice for any home. Embrace the warmth and character it offers, whether you're decking the halls or creating a comfortable retreat for the rest of the year!
