# Introducing Performance PVC Free Wallcovering
*Phillip Jeffries new performance wallcovering is the best without all the rest.*
Introducing Phillip Jeffries' Performance PVC Free wallcovering..
What is Performance PVC Free Wallcovering?
In simple terms, it means performance wallcovering that is not vinyl. It's just as durable as our vinyl and just as cleanable, but without PVC, or polyvinyl chloride. PVC is an essential material found in all kinds of things like lifesaving hospital equipment that holds our blood for transfusions to construction materials like the pipes we drink our water from. PVC Free wallcovering is made from alternative materials such as recycled content, natural fibers, paper, or other eco-friendly substrates.

Meet the next generation of wallcovering, committed to preserving future generations.
Did you know that Phillip Jeffries is named after our founders' two sons, Philip and Jeffrey? Hence the name Phillip Jeffries. Also their children have wallcovering collections named after them (SHOP [Leo’s Luxe Linen](https://www.phillipjeffries.com/shop/CARD-TW-LEOLINE) or [Jack's Jungle](https://www.phillipjeffries.com/shop/CARD-P-JACKS) or [Ellie's View](https://www.phillipjeffries.com/shop/CARD-P-ELLIES)). When we started thinking about this new category as the next generation of performance, our minds went to the next generation of the PJ family. We are proud to share that our new Performance PVC Free collections are named after children of PJ team members who were born in the last year.
