# Take Your Kids to Work Day 2026 at Phillip Jeffries
*A day of discovery at Phillip Jeffries.*
Last week, Phillip Jeffries welcomed the next generation to our New Jersey Headquarters for our annual Take Your Kids to Work Day—a tradition that began nine years ago after a simple suggestion from our Co-CEO Jeffrey Bershad’s son.
What started as a small idea has become a yearly moment we all look forward to. This year, our PJrs. joined us for their very first day “on the job.” The morning kicked off with a guided tour of the offices, made more adventurous by a scavenger hunt woven throughout the space. It was a lively way to explore the building and set the tone for the day ahead.
From there, the kids stepped into what it really means to work at Phillip Jeffries. With PJ Passports in hand, they rotated through a series of interactive sessions that introduced them to how ideas become collections and how products make their way to clients. Each stop earned a stamp, and completing the passport came with a prize at the end.
After a morning of learning and hands-on activities, everyone gathered for lunch with their parents before closing out the day with our signature Red Carpet welcome at our daily all team meeting.. With that, the newest PJrs. were officially introduced to the company.
A fun day, a meaningful tradition, and a reminder that sometimes the best ideas come from the smallest voices.
