# Happy New Year!
*Looking forward to a year of great design and grasscloth!*
Happy New Year! As we take a moment to look back on the past year, we cannot express enough gratitude for you, our valued clients.
It is because of your unwavering support and trust in Phillip Jeffries that we have been able to reach new heights and exceed our own expectations.
Throughout the year, we have worked closely with interior designers, influencers and partners, understanding your unique needs and delivering exceptional results. Your continued partnership has allowed us to grow and learn, and we are honored to have been a part of your success.
This stunning dining area is ideal for any special occasion! Designed by the talented Ramsin Khachi of [Khachi Design + Build](https://www.khachi.com), this Fernbrook Homes model home at Kingscrest Estates showcases a beautiful metallic leaf wallcovering from our Specialty Binder called Metallic Ombre in Gold 3163.
From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank you for your loyalty and for choosing us for your wallcovering needs. We value the relationships we have built with each and every one of you, and we look forward to continuing to serve you in the coming year.
Once again, thank you for your trust, support, and partnership. We wish you a prosperous and joyful New Year filled with success, happiness, and endless opportunities. Cheers to another year of growth and achievement together!
