PJ employees battled it out and then came together as a team!
This spring, Phillip Jeffries hosted a team-building day for local employees while teams across the globe found ways to bond and help their communities. The day was all about having fun, being together, and celebrating our successes. We even toasted a few birthdays!
At Phillip Jeffries, we believe in making an investment in the individuals and teams who work tirelessly to support our customers and help make the world a more beautiful place. So, we introduced our first ever PJ Homecoming and took a day off together to recognize our team’s passion for PJ. This was all possible thanks to great employee feedback and the support of our customers and partners!

And so that's what we're doing right now. And then at the end, we bring it all together and we remind ourselves that we truly are a team. And teamwork—every single department coming together—is what makes us successful at Phillip Jeffries."
The PJ Chain: PJ Employees Are Awesome Teammates
At Phillip Jeffries, we value being a team because being successful is a true team effort. We try to never let our own ego or personal agenda get in the way of doing what's best for the client. We're adaptable. We're humble. We are here for each other and willing to step into another role or help a co-worker when that's what's required for success.
The most important thing at PJ is the PJ Chain. We value the synergy that results from teamwork and truly believe that we achieve more through teamwork than any one employee can do on their own. And to demonstrate this, we pass a stuffed fish around the entire company (the fish is symbolic, but this is a story for another day). This starts with Philip and Jeffrey, then the Executive Team and includes passing around through every department from Design to Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Experience and every employee along the way who has a part in our company's success. When doing this in person, we all can see how each teammate is just as important as the next. Our circle has grown quite a bit in the last few years!

We work hard, but we also like to have fun at work. In fact, each month one of our departments hosts Wow/Fun Month. We have contests, book clubs, annual spirit weeks, and many celebrations throughout the year. Most importantly, we cheer each other on and celebrate each other's successes.
