This breezeway-turned-outdoor-bar gets a fabulous glow up! See how Dallas-based designer Jean Liu transforms the ho-hum space into something spectacular. Drawn to the luxurious nature of Haven in the colorway, Elysian Fields on Moonlight Silver Star Dust Silk, she used this as the starting point for a covered outdoor dining room in House Beautiful's Whole Home project house.

Originally a breezeway between the house and the garage, the covered space has motorized retractable screens and gorgeous backyard views - thus the perfect place for al fresco drinks. She chose a Phillip Jeffries mural wallcovering that is digitally printed on a silk wallcovering ground.  The luxurious nature of the wallcovering creates a glamorous vibe perfect for an at-home bar. 


Statement Wall
Jean needed something large-scale to provide a point of interest, so she chose four panels to frame in a collage design on the wall. It perfectly complemented the color palette and gave the large wall visual interest. Consider the bar for at-home bars officially raised.
