Welcome to the 4th Annual Kips Bay Dallas Decorator Show House!
Design aficionados gathered at a sprawling Dallas estate to celebrate livable luxury with a hint of nostalgia. We were proud to partner with four designers including Morgan Madison Design, Kirsten Kelli, River Spencer Interiors, and Reverie Interiors, who wowed us with some truly inspiring and career-defining spaces. Similar to a theatrical production, a showhouse’s final results often outshine the behind-the-scenes realities happening all the way up until the final curtain call. We applaud all the artists, designers, and craftspeople who make these showhouses spectacular! Thank you for supporting a good cause and local charities.

Designer Rivers Spencer utilized the innovative custom program, Pure Imagination by Phillip Jeffries, to create a breathtaking Blossom mural that envelops the walls of this exquisite dining room. Meanwhile, Kirsten Kelli designed the living room is adorned with interesting furnishings and art paired with a subtle stripe wallcovering, Phillip Jeffries Sailor Stripe, and the ceiling is embellished with a chic and textured wallcovering named Vinyl Crocodile Rock. The combination of these exquisite elements truly elevates the ambiance of the space.

Designer Morgan Madison transforms the ceiling of the space by utilizing the luxurious metallic leaf wallcovering, Patina Metals, from the Phillip Jeffries Metal Luxe collection. Additionally, the talented design team at Reverie Interior Design brings a touch of nature indoors by adorning the walls of the dressing room with the captivating Luxe Naturals collection, Waves of Wood.
