PJ Earth Day 2023

In honor of Earth Day 2023, our teammates around the US found ways to connect, clean up and help others!

In New Jersey, members of the Eco Team headed back to the Alonzo F. Bonsal Wildlife Preserve to plant native species like Buttonbush, Silky Dogwood, Arrow Wood, and more. Thanks to the incredible team of nearly 30 volunteers from Phillip Jeffries, we planted more than 100 native plants, and turned out 18 bags of nasties on Saturday for the preserve. FLORIDA TEAM WINS AWARD!
Team PJ Contract won the IIDA SFC Earth Day sandcastle building event for charity on Saturday, April 22nd. For this portion of our Earth Day giving back, PJ's Florida sales team created dynamic abstract world that tells the story of the delicate balance humans must have with the world and the fact that mother nature always wins and reclaims what is ultimately hers.

The team collected more than $1,500 in cash donations and countless food staples and clothing items to give to Camilus House, the areas largest homeless shelter and non-profit AND a $3,000 donation to Save The Sea Turtles which works to ensure a safe ocean environment and safe nesting space (meters away from our contest area) for our areas beautiful sea turtles. Later in the year, our winning group will return to observe and assist with sea turtle hatchlings.
