Studio Thomas James transformed the walls of this elegant salon into a captivating canvas wrapped in our new Avon mural, a pastoral dreamscape.
The Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas has returned for its sixth year, transforming the iconic French Renaissance-style estate at 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard into a spectacular showcase of design innovation. Walking through the estate feels like stepping into a curated world of creativity. This year’s theme celebrated pattern drenching, moody palettes, and European muses, with standout trends like aubergine accents, Art Deco revival, and immersive art installations. We’re thrilled to share that Phillip Jeffries wallcovering is featured in several stunning spaces this year, each showcasing the versatility and artistry of our collections.
The Living Room
Designed by Studio Thomas James
The Belvedere Room, designed by Studio Thomas James, draws inspiration from 1930s Italian architecture. Its name, ‘Belvedere,’ translates to ‘beautiful view’ in Italian. The walls and ceiling of this elegant salon were transformed into a captivating canvas. The walls are wrapped in Avon, an immersive landscape mural on silk customized with our PJ Mash Up Program. Lush trees create a sense of timeless serenity while our authentic metallic leaf collection, Rembrandt, creates a shimmering ceiling that enhances the room’s ambiance and lighting.
Trend: Ceilings As Statements
Designer Katharine Pooley drew our eyes up with Metallic All Over covering the ceiling and creating an elegant shimmer. Mrs. Paranjape Design + Interiors took another route and covered the ceiling in Serpent for a chic, fashionable look paired with bold green walls.

Beyond the design inspiration, this event continues to make a meaningful impact, supporting the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and local charities like Dwell with Dignity and The Crystal Charity Ball. If you haven’t experienced it yet, there’s still time to step inside and be inspired—or follow along online for a glimpse of the creativity.
