WOW!house, presented by Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, is London’s leading showhouse, bringing together top designers to create immersive, one-of-a-kind rooms.

London’s Premier Showhouse: WOW!house 2026
Created for reading, meaningful conversation, and uninterrupted time, the space feels calm and enveloping. Shades of celadon, cool creams, and lilac form a soft, dreamlike sanctuary.

“Phillip Jeffries is honored to partner with Sara Cosgrove for WOW!house 2026, bringing her vision for The Morning Room to life through layered textures and a soft color palette, elevated by our Aura wallcovering’s distinctive glaze-like sheen,” said Philip Bershad, Co-CEO of Phillip Jeffries. “Her thoughtful storytelling and deep-rooted relationships within the design community reflect the very spirit of Phillip Jeffries. Creating a space that feels collected, welcoming, and timeless is a true celebration of craft and connection.”

From concept to completion, Sara first began dreaming and sketching the space. Each element, from the initial sketches to the final installation, was carefully curated to reflect an elevated standard of luxury and comfort, making the Morning Room a refined retreat.

A Meaningful Invitation
Sara approached WOW!house with intention from the start. “A genuine sense of honour followed quickly by clarity,” Sara said of the invitation from Phillip Jeffries. For Sara, the moment signaled more than visibility: “Being invited felt like recognition of the depth of our work rather than its visibility alone.” That depth aligns with how she views the platform itself—“a serious platform with cultural weight, an opportunity to articulate our thinking in a distilled, uncompromised way and to contribute meaningfully to the wider design conversation,” she explained.

A Quiet, Layered Concept
Her room reflects that clarity of thought. “The room is conceived as a quiet, analogue sanctuary—a space that values nuance, restraint and emotional intelligence,” Sara said. Drawing on her early career in fashion, the design emphasizes “the discipline of tailoring and the art of layering,” paired with “a nostalgia for slower, more tactile ways of living.” The effect is immersive yet understated: a palette of celadon, cool creams, and lilac creates “a diaphanous, almost glazed atmosphere,” while wallpaper “wraps the room and its occupants in a soft, dreamlike calm.” It is a space designed for “someone thoughtful and design-literate who collects slowly and lives deliberately.”

Craft, Collaboration, and Longevity
Rooted in “clarity, longevity and emotional resonance,” Sara’s work prioritizes experience over statement. “We design spaces that feel considered rather than conspicuous,” she noted. At WOW!house, that thinking comes to life through a collaboration grounded in “craftsmanship, material integrity and depth rather than surface appeal,” alongside long-standing partners and bespoke elements designed for cohesion. Craft is central: “Many details reward close inspection rather than immediate impact.” Sustainability is equally intentional—“the intention is zero waste by design, not as an afterthought”—ensuring the room’s story continues well beyond the show.

In a setting defined by creative expression, Sara’s room stands apart in its restraint—an immersive space that rewards stillness, attention, and the quiet power of thoughtful design.
